Crab Rangoon Dip

this crab rangoon dip is always a crowd favorite when i bring it to parties. so much so that i almost always get a text after asking for the recipe. it’s easy to make and combines Philly cream cheese with imitation crab, mayo, greek yogurt, and a hint of a sriracha for a touch of spice. bake to golden perfection and serve with your choice of crackers, wonton chips, or veggies — will impress every time!!

I used (serves 4):

  • 6 oz imitation crab, shredded and roughly chopped
  • 2 oz PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, Softened
  • greens of 1 scallion, thinly sliced
  • 5 tbsp greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tbsp mayo
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sriracha
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • salt
  • 2 tbsp shredded mozzarella

To make:

  1. preheat your oven to 375°f (190°c).
  2. in a mixing bowl, combine the PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, greek yogurt, mayo, soy sauce, sesame oil, sriracha, and a pinch of salt until smooth. adjust seasoning to your liking
  3. fold in the shredded imitation crab and scallion greens
  4. transfer the mixture to a baking dish, spreading it out evenly, top with shredded mozzarella
  5. bake at 375F for ~20 minutes until the top is golden
  6. remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving. enjoy with crackers, wonton chips, or veggies.
