Crab Rangoon Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 6 oz imitation crab shredded and roughly chopped
  • 2 oz PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Softened
  • greens of 1 scallion thinly sliced
  • 5 tbsp greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tbsp mayo
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sriracha
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • salt
  • 2 tbsp shredded mozzarella

Instructions
 

  • preheat your oven to 375°f (190°c).
  • in a mixing bowl, combine the PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, greek yogurt, mayo, soy sauce, sesame oil, sriracha, and a pinch of salt until smooth. adjust seasoning to your liking
  • fold in the shredded imitation crab and scallion greens
  • transfer the mixture to a baking dish, spreading it out evenly, top with shredded mozzarella
  • bake at 375F for ~20 minutes until the top is golden
  • remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving. enjoy with crackers, wonton chips, or veggies.
