preheat oven to 400°f
lightly grease a shallow baking dish with butter
in a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, lemon juice, grated garlic, lemon zest, paprika, salt, and pepper
in another bowl, toss the panko with olive oil
place the flounder fillets on the prepared baking sheet, pour the lemon butter mixture over the fillets
sprinkle the panko mixture evenly on top of each fillet, pressing gently so it adheres
bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork
broil to get the panko to a nice golden brown, ~1-2 minutes
garnish with fresh parsley and serve with extra lemon wedges
