Cheesy Sriracha Noodles
Hangover food or kindergarten food? Cheesy sriracha noodles are arguably both. This recipe is for 2 servings of noodles.
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 2 slices American cheese
- 2 bunches of noodles – you can find the ones I used on my IG story highlights
Directions:
- Cook and drain noodles of choice
- Mix together sauces, leaving out the cheese and garlic
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in nonstick skillet over medium heat and cook garlic until it starts to turn golden brown
- Add sauce and noodles and mix until noodles are well-coated
- Turn off heat and add cheese slices to the top, cover with lid until cheese melts (~1-2 minutes)
- Stir in the cheese
- Plate noodles, top with furikake if desired, and enjoy!
