sashimi-grade ahi tuna
cubed

soy sauce

mirin

yuzu juice

sesame oil

grated ginger
things to serve with: rice
cucumbers, edamame, avocado, salad greens
Instructions
mix all ingredients in a bowl and set in fridge for ~10 minutes to let marinade. let sit longer for deeper flavor!
serve with rice + veggies in a poke bowl, or on wonton chips as a snack
