Cheesy Sriracha Noodles

Hangover food or kindergarten food? Cheesy sriracha noodles are arguably both. This recipe is for 2 servings of noodles.

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 tsp sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 2 slices American cheese
  • 2 bunches of noodles – you can find the ones I used on my IG story highlights

  • Cook and drain noodles of choice
  • Mix together sauces, leaving out the cheese and garlic
  • Heat 1 tbsp oil in nonstick skillet over medium heat and cook garlic until it starts to turn golden brown
  • Add sauce and noodles and mix until noodles are well-coated
  • Turn off heat and add cheese slices to the top, cover with lid until cheese melts (~1-2 minutes)
  • Stir in the cheese
  • Plate noodles, top with furikake if desired, and enjoy!
